fences and neighbors

The Colonel has his new backyard fence installed. Several times over the weekend, Franklin checked this out, running through the gate between our backyards. At least if he climbs our fence, he ends up in their yard. I am hopeful that he can be outside more this year.

He got into the neighbor's suet tray, which somehow got knocked onto the ground.

I had several conversations with neighbors on how to get rid of my increasingly growing wood pile. They all have outdoor pits where they burn the brush legally, and encourage me to use one. At this point, I could produce enough for a small middle school's bonfire.
