anti-family, part three

The Southern Baptist Convention is closing up shop after a few days in Indianapolis, but in past years, I've had to chuckle at their attempt each year to top the previous year's resolutions describing how much they are against gay people. I haven't tracked this year's resolutions but perhaps they tired of this and simply passed one resolution stating their overwhelming support against gay marriage.

This year their focus seems to be on the "Godless" public school systems-- resolutions intended to push all SBC parents into putting their kids in parochial schools, or homeschooling them. Now, part of the stated reason for this is the purported support of homosexuality, so they haven't entirely bypassed the issue; but it's only a supporting factor, and not the sole or primary one, this go around.
