Anglicans Online have an interesting essay by Bishop Pierre Whalon, the Bishop in Charge of the Convocation of American Churches in Europe, To Whom Do We Belong? Rarely do people who talk about the Anglican Communion deal with the history of how the Epicopal Church was created.
