My friend and I have finished our sworn duty to help a lady with her garden, fullfilling our contribution that was auctioned off last year to support our choir's pilgrimage to England.
The serfs are freed.
It was not too difficult -- except my friend got into some poison ivy or p.i. as she whispers it.
This Wednesday, we start up again weekly choir rehearsals for the trip, with choral evensongs most Wednesdays (beginning in a week) until we leave.
