connecting the dots, continued ...

The design for my shade garden is almost complete. I ended up making a curved ess path that runs fairly parallel to my two straight and long rectangular beds. The balance works out ok because you can't see the shape of either path while standing in the other. So I get a nice green path straight through the perennial beds from my front window, or back from the street toward the house, and I have a more relaxed path that takes you into a shade garden walk.


Now if I could only have more clarity on what I am doing in the back garden.

And if I could only afford a dump truck load of good dirt and chicken manure compost.
